Press away pain that originates in your back but radiates into your sciatic nerve zipping down your leg.
Assume a belly-down position on a bed. Allow your feet to hang off the end of the bed.
With hands next to your chest, press your chest off the bed, bending backwards. Your pelvis will remain flat on the bed. Extend your elbows as comfortable.
Repeat 5x hourly as needed to centralize the radiating pain from your leg, into the sciatic nerve and then lumbar spine.
